These Strawberry flavored gummies, I give to my 91 years old Mom for her arthritis and any other ailments she may have and she loves them. They really work to help her feel better. First tried the gummies after a good day's laborin'... the recurrent shoulder pain ( thanks to concrete finishing and advancing age 😉) eased off after bout a half hour er so. Now I'm on a steady regiment of 2 chews a half hour before bed. It makes a big difference in settlin angry joint and muscle pain,, and my mental clarity gets a calming defogging ,, which helps with fallin asleep faster without the mind racing delay to sleep ( thank you so much, ADHD!😳😴) My wife also takes 2 about bedtime,, and no longer deals with swollen feet and ankles in the mornings.
