I tried the 200mg CBD oil to help with sleep. I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. I started out with the suggested dose and then increased it slowly. It helped me fall asleep faster but I was still waking up a couple times. I wasn't quite at the highest dosage and ran out so I ordered another bottle. Just being able to fall asleep faster has helped a bunch! And, yes, it helped with some pain I was dealing with too. I also use the lotion.
